We were challenged to build general awareness of MedAdvisor, an app that helps consumers manage medications for themselves and their loved ones. The objective was to drive app downloads by consumers and encourage pharmacies to sign up to the service.
Our insights revealed that Australians are extremely concerned about their loved ones taking their medications correctly. The MedAdvisor ‘carer mode’ feature thus became a key focus of our campaign.
Using the always topical issue of medical non-adherence as a platform, Health Haus developed a targeted media and stakeholder strategy to highlight MedAdvisor’s excellent effect on individual compliance by sharing patient case studies that integrated with their pharmacy in local and national media.
The campaign exceeded our set KPIs for app downloads, created a spike in pharmacy sign-ups and a total audience campaign reach of over 14 million.
